Nurses with worst people skills

Dr. Richard Narins is a highly respected dermatologist in western New York area and should be. His nurses on the other hand should not be respected. They have the worst people skills I have ever experienced. They can't schedule either. I had to wait 3 hours to get seen at each of my 3 appointments. I have since changed doctors because of their inconsiderate treatment and lack of attention to detail. Dr. Narins should tell these incompetent women to pack up and find jobs elsewhere.
